Three problems of hydraulic system of hydraulic cutting machine are analyzed.


1. Fever

Because of the difference of flow velocity in the flow of fluid transmission medium (hydraulic oil), there is a certain internal friction inside the liquid, and there is friction between the liquid and the inner wall of the pipe. These are the reasons for the rise of the hydraulic oil temperature. The increase of temperature will lead to the increase of internal and external leakage and the reduction of its mechanical efficiency. At the same time, due to higher temperature, hydraulic oil will expand, resulting in increased compressibility, so that control action can not be well transmitted. Solution: fever is the inherent characteristic of hydraulic system. It can not be eradicated, but can be reduced as much as possible. The use of good quality hydraulic oil and hydraulic piping layout should try to avoid the emergence of elbow, the use of high-quality pipelines and pipe joints, hydraulic valves and so on.

2. Vibration

The vibration of the hydraulic system of cutting machine is also one of its chronic diseases. The impact caused by the high-speed flow of hydraulic oil in the pipeline and the impact produced during the opening and closing of the control valve are all reasons for the vibration of the system. Strong vibration can lead to errors in control actions of the system, and also cause errors in some of the more precise instruments in the system, resulting in system failure. Solution: the hydraulic pipe should be fixed to avoid sharp bends. To avoid frequent changes in the direction of liquid flow, we must do well in vibration reduction measures. The whole hydraulic system should have good vibration reduction measures, and at the same time, avoid the influence of external vibration sources on the system.

3. Leakage

The leakage of hydraulic system is divided into internal leakage and external leakage. Internal leakage refers to the leakage process occurring inside the system, such as leakage on both sides of the hydraulic cylinder piston, leakage of control valve spool and valve body, etc. Although internal leakage does not cause loss of hydraulic oil, due to leakage, the established control action may be affected until the system failure occurs. Leakage is the leakage between the system and the external environment. The direct leakage of hydraulic oil into the environment will not only affect the working environment of the system, but also cause the pressure of the system not enough to cause failure. Hydraulic oil that leaks into the environment is also at risk of fire. The solution is to use better quality seals to improve the machining accuracy of the equipment.
