What is the structure of the hydraulic system for Ponse cutting machine?


Ponse hydraulic cutting machine works by hydraulic oil to transmit pressure device. A complete hydraulic system of the cutting machine consists of five parts, namely, power element, actuator, control element, auxiliary element and hydraulic oil. Because of its large transmission power, hydraulic transmission is easy to transfer and configure, and it is widely used in industry and civil industry. The function of the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic motor of the hydraulic system of Ponse is to convert the pressure energy of the liquid into the mechanical energy, and obtain the required linear reciprocating motion or rotary motion.

The hydraulic components of Ponse hydraulic cutting machine can be divided into three categories: power element and control element and executive element. Although they are hydraulic components, their own functions and installation and use of technical requirements are not the same, are introduced as follows:

Ponse hydraulic cutting machine power components: gear pump, vane pump, plunger pump, screw pump (power components refer to a variety of hydraulic pumps).

2, blade oil pump (including single stage pump, variable pump, double stage pump, double pump).

3. The plunger oil pump is divided into axial piston oil pump and radial piston oil pump. The axial piston pump has a quantitative pump, variable pump, a variable pump which is divided into manual variable and pressure compensation variable, servo variable and so on. From the structure, it is divided into two types of oil distribution and valve type oil distribution oil, and the distribution of the radial piston pump. It is basically the valve type oil distribution. ;

Ponse hydraulic cutting machine actuators: hydraulic cylinder, piston hydraulic cylinder, plunger hydraulic cylinder, swing hydraulic cylinder, combined hydraulic cylinder;

Hydraulic motor: gear type hydraulic motor, blade hydraulic motor and plunger hydraulic motor;

Cutting machine control elements: directional control valve, one-way valve, reversing valve;

Pressure control valve: relief valve, pressure reducing valve, sequence valve, pressure relay, etc.

Flow control valve: throttle valve, speed control valve, shunt valve;

Auxiliary components: accumulator, filter, cooler, heater, oil pipe, pipe joint, oil tank, pressure meter, flowmeter, sealing device, etc. the piston type oil cylinder is used more in hydraulic transmission. When the cylinder works, the hydraulic oil is transported alternately from both sides of the piston in the cylinder, and the hydraulic oil on both sides of the piston is used. The reciprocating motion of the piston is realized by the pressure difference.

If you want to speed up the speed of the piston, the oil back in the cylinder can be directly input into the oil pipe through the control of the valve, and the piston will be moved quickly, but the thrust of the piston is reduced much.
